How to set up the Fumo Lab Infusion Kit

  1. Insert 2 AA batteries into the hood
  2. Setup the food/drink you want to infuse smoke into the dome, lid, or in a freezer bag
  3. Attach the hose to the smoke infusion machine and the nozzle side into a smoke barrier (the holes on the dome or lid, or into a small opening left in a zipped freezer bag)
  4. Add wood chips to the burn chamber
  5. Light up the wood chips with a gas lighter or match
  6. Press the power button to start pumping smoke through the hose
  7. Let the Smoke Infuser run for up to 5 minutes at a time
  8. Once you’re satisfied with the amount of smoke, keep smoke barrier sealed for the smoke to be absorbed
  9. [For stronger smoke flavor] Repeat steps 4-7 to infuse stronger smoke flavor
  10. To clean, detach the burn chamber once cooled. Dump out leftover charred wood chips and wash with water and liquid soap.
